A beginners workshop on the anatomy of Mindfulness
We’ve all heard of it, we all want it, but how do we actual become mindful!?
Mindfulness puts us in contact with life. Through its practice we become intentional with our choices & lived participation, we engage in the present consciously & compassionately, learn wise- discernment & to befriend ourselves & our experience - whatever that may be.
What a relief & revelation to finally can get out of our heads & all the future projecting & past ruminating and fully inhabit this moment, this moment being our life! In establishing ourselves in the present moment we find we can touch wonders & access secrets.
In the workshop we’ll cover Mindfulness’s applied meaning and it’s 8 expansive & instructional pillars.
We’ll finish the workshop with a mindfulness meditation & share an ‘Awakened Heart & Coming Home to Gratitude’ practice.
